This case arose from an automobile v. pedestrian accident which took place in Mar Vista on September 25, 1981. Plaintiff Milos Lukic, at the time a 9-year-old child, entered a marked crosswalk and was struck by Defendant Lewis Culkin's vehicle. Plaintiff waited until he was 18 to file this law suit; he is currently a college student studying engineering.
