Facts
On March 2, 1991, Plaintiff was traveling in his lane of traffic on a dark, two-lane road. Defendant, crossed over the center line and struck the Plaintiff head-on. The Defendant did not stop at the scene but drove away, striking another parked vehicle. Defendant had a blood alcohol level above the legal limit and went to the hospital the following morning for injuries to her face.
