On August 30, 1988, at approximately 3:00 p.m., Plaintiff Antonio Vargas, a 28-year-old pressman, was driving his 1988 Ford van southbound on Lindley near Rayen. Defendant James Boles in the course and scope of his employment with Defendant Corky's Pest Control, was driving his employer's 1984 Mazda pick-up truck, northbound on Lindley. Defendant made a left turn on to Rayen and a collision occurred between the Defendant and Plaintiff vehicles.
