Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Dope is a designer and retailer of high-end street wear, including clothing and accessories. Dope claimed that Urban Planet infringed on its trademarks by selling knock off imitations of Dope products. Urban Planet would use the Dope trademark in its own products, likely creating consumer confusion.

Result

The court granted a permanent injunction, prohibiting Urban Planet from infringing on Dope's trademarks and products.
