The plaintiff, a 52-year-old courtesy clerk worked in back room at Vons. Coca-Cola Bottling Company employee
knocked over bottles which caused injuries to the plaintiff. The plaintiff contended that the negligence of Coca-
Cola employee caused the accident that caused him surgeries, extreme pain and disability.
The defendant contended that the employee that caused the accident is not a Coca-Cola employee. The
