On Feb. 9, 1999, plaintiffs George, 38, and Malissa Dominguez, 35, were stopped in traffic at a red signal when
the vehicle driven by Tammy Musser rear-ended the vehicle behind the Dominguez vehicle and pushed it into
their vehicle. The plaintiff sustained $350 in damage with only scratches to the bumper being visible.
