    The plaintiff was at a video shoot at the defendant Cathedral Ministries, working on preparing a fundraising
    video for the defendant when a camera operator fell from the catwalk with a video cart. The plaintiff grabbed
    the cart to prevent it from allegedly falling on the camera operator, causing the plaintiff to injure his right arm.

    <M>The case was settled in mediation with retired judge William Sheffield of Judicate West.</M> The workers compensation carrier filed a complaint in intervention to recover $50,000 in WCAB benefits paid to the plaintiff. The intervenorÆs interests were settled for $5,000.
