Facts

Ice Makers entered into a contract, which the defendant, Buddy D. Robinson, guaranteed. Robinson entered into
a contract with the plaintiff, guaranteeing two loans. One of these was a business loan entered into on Oct. 13,
1994, with the last payment being made on Oct. 30, 1998. The balance of the loan was $52,000. The second
loan was entered into on Jan. 23, 1995, on a promissory note for $100,000, secured by collateral, which was
defaulted on July 15, 1999, with a balance of $15,697.14.

The plaintiffÆs motion for attorneys fees and costs was granted. The plaintiffÆs motion for summary judgment was granted.
