On Nov. 2, 1992, plaintiff Mary Sue Robinson, a 46-year-old marketing manager, was driving an automobile when she approached a four-way stop. After stopping at the stop sign, the plaintiff proceeded into the intersection. Defendant Dorothy Ross drove her vehicle into the intersection, causing the vehicles to collide. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant based on negligence theories of recovery.
