On Dec. 6, 1991, plaintiff Omni Bank claimed defendant Peter Yang signed a guaranty for $1.9 million, or authorized a representative to sign for him. Defendant Peter Yang claimed he had no knowledge of the transaction. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendants based on a breach of guaranty theory of recovery.
