Plaintiff Garen Wimer was involved in a car accident with another motorist who worked for defendant United States of America. Wimer filed suit for motor vehicle negligence on September 12, 2007.

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Wimer contended that the defendant's employee was negligent in the operation of his motor vehicle while in the course and scope of his employment with defendant United States, and caused Wimer's injuries.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
The defendant denied all allegations.
