On Jan. 25, 1994, at approximately 7 p.m., plaintiff, a 47-year-old reservation sales agent at defendant railroad corporation slipped and fell on a wet floor immediately inside the entrance to defendant railroad corporation's newly built reservation sales office. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant based on FELA.
