A wage and hour class action was filed on behalf of seasonal employees against H&R Block Enterprises LLC alleging that the company failed to timely pay wages when due to its seasonal employees, violating California's labor laws.

Result

H&R Block agreed to pay up to $35 million in settlement of the matter.
