Once the plaintiff accepted the position and relocated, her hours were reduced, and was informed that instead of a salary, it would be an all-commission job. The plaintiff was not paid for a week of training. The plaintiff further alleged that she was sexually harassed by one of the defendants who was a known sexual harasser. The plaintiff was physically threatened with death by one of the defendants.
