Facts
On March 4, 1997, the plaintiff, a 57-year-old retired woman, was stopped in the No. 2 lane on Soto at Olympic in the City of Los Angeles. While making a right turn, the defendant's bus struck the rear of the plaintiff's car. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant based on negligence.
