Facts

On Aug. 7, 1996, the plaintiff, Delton Carter, a 25-year-old, an ironworker, employed with Rigging International was injured due to exposure to a cleaning solvent supplied by G.P. Resources. The plaintiff and his wife Jenna Carter, a 23 year old, housewife, brought this action against the defendant based on negligence, strict products liability and fraudulent concealment theories of recovery.
