On Sept. 13, 1997, a sheriff's patrol vehicle crashed broadside into plaintiff's vehicle. The plaintiff was a 43-year-old, female then. The plaintiff claimed soft tissue injuries, dental and neurological injuries as a result of the collision. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant based on negligence.
