    Facts

    The plaintiffs filed a class action against Hartford Financial Services Group alleging violations of California's Unfair Competition Law and the Consumers Legal Remedies Act. They alleged that cell phone insurance customers had been charged more than the rate they were allowed to.

    Result

    The court dismissed the case, finding that the plaintiffs' claims were barred by the statute of limitations.
