An intersection accident occurred at Wayne Ave. and East Madison Ave. in El Cajon. The plaintiff was the front
passenger in the defendantÆs Cadillac. The Cadillac was eastbound on Wayne at a stop sign. Another driver
was southbound on East Madison in a Ford automobile. The Ford did not have a traffic control. The front right
corner of the Ford came into contact with the front left portion of the Cadillac.
