Facts
The plaintiff, a 15-year-old boy, was falsely imprisoned and sexually assaulted by defendant bus company's bus driver while riding a bus in June 2001. The plaintiff surreptitiously captured the audio portion of the assault on his camcorder. The bus driver was ultimately convicted of the crime and sentenced to 17 years in prison.
