On Jan. 7, 2003, the plaintiff, age 85, was being pushed in her wheelchair by her husband after visiting a doctor at the medical building where the defendant operated the parking concession. The plaintiff's husband pushed the wheelchair off a several inch deep curb, causing the plaintiff to fall out of the wheelchair.
