Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Targus contended that several of M-Edge's tablet and e-reader device cases infringed its patents.

Result

The court permanently enjoined M-Edge from selling the enumerated products and was ordered to destroy remaining inventory.
