Plaintiffs were 27 investors in a limited partnership formed in 1989 to acquire and resell to developers land in an exclusive ocean and waterfront property development in Florida. Defendant Greenberg Brothers Development Corporation was the managing general partner of the limited partnership. Defendants Richard Greenberg and A. Frederick Greenberg were the officers and principals of Greenberg Brothers Development Corporation.
