In March 1994, plaintiff Paula Klein, a 6-year-old student, was allegedly misdiagnosed, and treated by defendant Dr. Mouied Alashari and treated by Dr. Fesner for Ewing's Sarcoma when in fact she suffered from T-cell lymphoma. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendants based on medical negligence and malpractice theories of recovery.
