A tragedy helped mediator Michael P. McCabe figure out where he wanted to go in life.

Two decades ago, one of McCabe's close family members caused a fatal car crash while driving drunk. He ended up serving three years in prison.

In the aftermath, McCabe did some soul searching of his own.
