In addition to his work as a mediator and arbitrator, the former 2nd District Court of Appeal justice serves on the state’s Commission on Judicial Nominees Evaluation, teaches a trial advocacy class at Southwestern Law School, volunteers with the Redondo Union High School Teen Court program, and has a leadership role with the American Inns of Court.
