COMMERCE — Semi-retirement has relaxed Daniel Pratt, and that ease seems to permeate his mediations.
"I spend the most time facilitating and bringing people along," said Pratt, who left JAMS in July 2014 to start his own roving mediation practice. "You want to make it as relaxing as possible."
