Ralph Williams compares his style of mediation to coaching. He tries to "coach people in the process to accomplish their goals."

As a 10-year veteran of coaching youth soccer, Williams knows, "You can't teach complex soccer plays to 5-year-olds who barely know the difference between left and right."
