Tables Turned As Skip Miller Takes Stand for Defense
Louis R. "Skip" Miller testified Tuesday that he took seriously his pregnant law partner's requests for a reduced workload and adjusted her assignments - admitting, however, that he told others in the firm that she "dropped the ball" on a case after she was ordered to bed rest.
