Bank of Americas Arbitration Clause Is Held Unlawful
SAN FRANCISCO - In an eagerly awaited ruling, a state appeal court ruled Tuesday that the Bank of America cannot impose binding arbitration in disputes with its credit card customers as of June 1992 when BofA announced its ground-breaking policy.
