Union Contracts Win Approval of Supreme Court
WASHINGTON - Handing a major victory to organized labor, the Supreme Court ruled unanimously Tuesday that "union security" contracts do not have to spell out in detail the rights of workers who do not want to become full union members and pay all dues and fees.
