Lawyers Will Seek to Restore Hefty Fees
A bitter dispute over whether attorneys in a class-action settlement deserve what a judge described as an "eye-popping" rate of $495 an hour for their work - on a case in which class members didn't get a dime - will be heard by a federal appeals court Monday.
