Former shipping executive David Morrison will juggle the books for a large law firm, San Francisco's Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe. The 557-lawyer, 12-office law firm announced June 26 that its partners had picked Morrison to replace Robert Hackman as Heller Ehrman's chief financial officer. Hackman, who has served in the position for the past dozen years, is retiring.
