Brokers are sounding optimistic about the downtown Los Angeles office market. This is nothing new for a profession in which optimism springs eternal, of course, but they see a lot of positive trends here despite the market's vexatious office vacancy.
Jeff Woolf, a principal broker with Lee & Associates, sees downtown as a "complete package" containing education retail, theater, recreation, transportation and even a growing residential market.
