SEC Work Pays Off in Casino Acquisition

Simon Lorne, a partner with Munger, Tolles & Olson, doesn't consider himself a gaming-industry expert. Even so, Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. sought him to represent its special committee of directors in the company's acquisition by Harveys Casino Resorts.
