The people have spoken. Well, 27 of them have, anyway. By more than a 4 to 1 margin, those responding to the Daily Journal's inaugural "L.A. Confidential" Rampart survey don't think much of District Attorney Gil Garcetti's performance in the Rampart scandal investigation.
