SAN BERNARDINO - Anthony Banks, a Los Angeles man who contended San Bernardino police officers pulled him over and beat him because he is black, has been sentenced by a San Bernardino Superior Court judge to 25 days in jail and more than $450 in fines following his conviction for resisting arrest.
