The operators of the Law School Admission Test are under fire for allegedly discriminating against disabled test-takers by denying or hindering requests for accommodations.
In the latest action, disability-rights advocates with San Francisco's Legal Aid Society have asked to join a proposed class action brought by the state of California against the national Law School Admission Council.
