MALDEF Demands LAUSD Finish Belmont
The Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund filed suit Wednesday against the Los Angeles Unified School District demanding the Board of Education proceed with construction on the Belmont Learning Complex west of the downtown Civic Center.
