Group Threatens Court If Board Doesn't Alter Harassment Rules
Guidelines drafted by the state Department of Education fail to go far enough to prevent sexual harassment at the state's public schools, according to the California Women's Law Center, which threatened to go to court if the California Board of Education does not adopt rules that adequately protect students.
