Forgiving the Unrepentant Criminal, a Victim’s Choice

I have not read Professor Susan Miller's book, "After the Crime." Yet, based upon the excerpt that appeared on May 13, "Restorative Justice: When Victims Forgive," one must be careful not to draw what may be confusing and erroneous conclusions from the article.
