USA Biomass spins off real estate subsidiary
Bell Gardens - USA Biomass Corp. spun off its subsidiary, Amcor Financial Corp., by declaring a stock dividend to holders of its common and Series A Preferred Stock. Common shareholders received one share of Amcor Financial common stock for each 10 shares of USA Biomass common shares owned. Preferred shareholders received one share of common stock for each share of USA Biomass Corp. Series A Preferred Stock owned.
