Judge Dismisses Suzuki's Lawsuit
A federal judge Thursday dismissed a 4-year-old defamation lawsuit filed against Consumers Union, publisher of Consumer Reports magazine.
Suzuki Motors had contended that the magazine defamed it in articles reporting that the automaker's Samurai sports utility vehicle had a dangerous propensity to roll over.
