Murphy's Lawyer Withdraws
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patrick B. Murphy must either show up in federal court at the end of the month to represent himself in a fraud lawsuit or hire another attorney to appear for him, U.S. Central District Judge William M. Byrne Jr. ruled Tuesday, after granting Murphy's current attorney permission to withdraw.
