Luxury apartments sell for $7 million
A local investor acquired Esprit Luxury Villas Apartments, a 108-unit apartment community in the Mira Mesa area of San Diego. Esprit Luxury Villas LP purchased the property for $7 million from the Archon Group. The buying partnership was put together by R&V Management Corp., whose principals are Gerry Ranglas and A. "Laki" Vassiliadis.
