Reporters, Judges Square Off in Debate
SAN FRANCISCO - U.S. Supreme Court reporter Lyle Denniston of the Baltimore Sun threw down the gauntlet to judges early at the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judicial Conference Tuesday, saying reporters are "not interested in any special privileges nor will we carry water" for the courts.
