Is Borrowing Always Plagiarism?
My column usually appears on the first Monday of each month. But sometimes my day job gets in the way and I miss a month. On occasion, the first day of the cruelest month lands on a Monday. Some of my critics have circulated a petition to prohibit my column from appearing more than once a year, and then only on April Fool's Day. Even I supported the petition.
