Manatt Phelps: SILICON VALLEY BANKING DUO CLOSE $178 MILLION MERGER
Palo Alto's Greater Bay Bancorp completed a merger with SJNB Financial Corp. of San Jose. The total value of transaction was $178 million. Through the terms of the merger agreement, each SJNB Financial Corp. shareholder will receive 1.82 shares of Greater Bay Bancorp stock for each share of SJNB Financial that the shareholder owns.
