ABTL Los Angeles introduces new leadership

New Association of Business Trial Lawyers leaders: from left, Vice President Bryan Merryman of White & Case LLP; ABTL Treasurer Nancy Thomas of Morrison & Foerster LLP; ABTL Secretary Michael McNamara of Steptoe & Johnson LLP; and ABTL President David Battaglia of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. The Association of Business Trial Lawyers introduced its new leadership on June 24 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel. Battaglia told the crowd "the balance between the plaintiffs bar and the defense bar and the civility that is bred through our interactions" was one of the best things about the association.
