County Names Toma To Head Commission
The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has appointed attorney Robin S. Toma as executive director of the county Human Relations Commission.
Toma, a former staff attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California, had served as the commission's acting executive director since December.
